The Ad Hoc Post Bylaws Committee has completed its scheduled open meetings, with the final session held on Wednesday, October 22nd. We thank all members and guests who participated in the discussion and helped shape the direction of our governing documents.
As noted in previous communications, the Proposed Bylaws, Standing Rules, and Policies are now under review. All Post members are strongly encouraged to read through the proposed updates and share their feedback before the submission deadline.

🔹 Comment Deadline:
Feedback and proposed changes must be submitted by Friday, October 24th.
Members without online access may contact Chairman Jessie Furtado directly to request a copy or submit input.
In accordance with our current Post Bylaws, the finalized documents will be made available to all members on October 30th, at least 20 days prior to any General Membership vote. Copies will be posted online and available in hard copy at the Post.
