Veterans Day

2024 Rosamond Veterans Day Ceremony and Events Veterans Day, Monday, November 11th to honor and celebrate with the Rosamond Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 9657 comrades. *11 AM at Rosamond Park (3200 Glendower St. (Behind Rosamond Elementary School)): Veterans Day Ceremony honoring our bravest comrades. *12 PM at VFW Post 9657 (1990 El Rey Street): Veterans, friends, all in our local community are invited to join us for a grill-out, music, and cold beverages at the Canteen. “Peace has victories, but it takes brave men and women to win them.” - Ralph Waldo Emerson
